Some wonderful news for our affiliated health centers across the country:
- Lynn Community Health Center in Massachusetts is one of the two federally qualified health centers to participate in the Telehealth Navigator Program, which just received a $226K grant will be increasing access to telehealth and improve digital equity in underserved communities.
- Salud Family Health Centers in Colorado received $200K in funding as part of the Worthy Cause IV, which has been awarding community nonprofit agencies for four years now!
