Compensation & Benefits

Compensation Structure: 33% of production

Expected Earnings: $335,000–$500,000 annually

($1M by year three)

Daily Guarantee: $1,350–$2,000 (flexible, based on experience)

Benefits Include:

CE support and Solea laser training

QSEHRA: $2,400 annually per full-time employee

Signing bonus available

The Opportunity

This is a full-time or part-time opportunity offering a well-balanced schedule with flexible hours. Typical hours are Monday–Friday, 8:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m., with early GA days usually 6:30 a.m.–3:30 p.m.

The associate will provide a wide range of pediatric dentistry services, including:

SSC crowns, resins, pulps, root canals, extractions

Porcelain crowns (equipment available if desired)

Hard & soft tissue procedures using Solea laser

Space maintainers and other pediatric restorative procedures

Our office is equipped with cutting-edge technology, including:

4 Solea lasers, SprintRay 3D printer, Cerec, ELF scanner, CBCT

Mentorship and collaboration are available for both new graduates and experienced dentists. There is also a clear path to partnership for candidates interested in long-term growth.
