Big welcome to Research Program Manager, Dr. Melissa K. James, to the Research Team at Family Health Centers at NYU Langone!
In this role, Dr. James will provide research and project management support to the residents and faculty in all five of the NYU Langone Dental Medicine Postdoctoral Residency Programs. She will also contribute to existing and planned externally funded projects led by the Department of Dental Medicine faculty and staff and meaningfully enhance the scientific writing and oral presentation portfolio of the research team. With over 10 years of experience in biomedical research in both academic and healthcare settings, Dr. James will work closely with the leadership of NYU Langone Dental Medicine and report directly to Mary E. Northridge, PhD, MPH, Director of Dental Research and Research Associate Professor at NYU Langone Health.
