Access for All since 1971. Open Door Community Health Centers started as a single clinic in 1971 and now has nine clinics spread throughout Humboldt and Del Norte counties serving approximately 45,000 patients each year and employing over 400 members of the community. The newly renovated and expanded Burre Dental Center features 16 operatories, including two private rooms, with seven dentists on staff. Services include Primary Dental Care for children and adults, Restorative Care, including fillings, root canals, partial and full dentures, and treatment of gum disease is available by appointment. Same day, walk-in and urgent care is provided for toothaches, other oral pain and infection.
