Honoring Diversity in the Baltimore Area. Chase Brexton Health Services was founded as a volunteer-run, gay health clinic in 1978 and became a Federally Qualified Health Center in 1999 with a mission to provide compassionate, quality health care that honors diversity, inspires wellness, and improves our communities. Chase Brexton operates six clinics in Baltimore City, Randallstown, Columbia, and Easton and offers dental services for adults and children in its three of its five centers: Mt. Vernon, in the city of Baltimore, Randallstown, and Columbia. Services include preventive care, restorative care, replacement care, emergency care, routine oral surgical and endodontic treatments and cosmetic and elective care.
