We Get You. Callen-Lorde offers a comprehensive, integrated program of quality medical and mental health services. The Center seeks to engage its patients in an ongoing relationship that focuses on prevention and wellness, rather than just the treatment of illness. Comprehensive primary care services are delivered by providers with extensive expertise in lesbian, gay, bi-sexual and transgender (LGBT) health concerns. The Oral Health Clinic provides routine dental care and conducts comprehensive full mouth, head, and neck examinations, screening and treatment in their state-of-the-art clinical suite. Residents will work closely with the Center’s staff and the patient’s primary care provider to ensure all oral health needs are met. The dental team consists of four staff dentists, two dental residents, one dental hygienist, and a large support staff who provide restorations (fillings), root canals, crowns & bridges, dentures, and whitening (bleaching).
