The mission of the Health Council Integral de Loiza, Inc. is to provide health services at the primary level, preventing disease, monitoring, promoting and maintaining overall health in a cost- effective and using the managed care model. Our vision is to be recognized as a role model and the first alternative of preventive health services, primary and multidisciplinary, meeting the highest standards of quality in the health field. In 1972, a group of residents and members of the Regional Medical Program of PR, organized and submitted a project to the Federal Government at this time was founded and incorporated as a nonprofit institution. The Comprehensive Health Council Loiza , Inc. provides health promotion, prevention, diagnosis and treatment of disease at the primary level.
